LANDLORDS, PROPERTY MANAGERS, SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, TENANTS/RENTERS, ANYONE THAT OWNS OR MANAGES SMALL OR LARGE NUMBER OF PROPERTIES OR ANYONE WHO PROVIDES SERVICE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS OR MANAGERS

IF YOU ARE FULLY IN CHARGE OF COLLECTING RENT AND ADDRESSING REPAIRS ISSUES, THEN SIGN UP AS A LANDLORD OR PROPERTY MANAGER.
IF YOU PROVIDE SERVICE TO LANDLORDS, PROPERTY MANAGERS OR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS, THEN SIGN UP AS A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL OR VENDOR. IF YOU ARE A TENANT THAT SIMPLY PAYS RENT AND LETS THE MANAGER KNOW WHEN THERE ARE ISSUES, THEN SIGN UP AS A RENTER.

RENTPAYHUB CHARGES A FEE OF 3.8% TO PROCESS RENT PAYMENTS. THE LANDLORD DESIGNATES WHO PAYS THE FEE. IF THE LANDLORD CHOSES TO HAVE THE RENTER PAY THE FEE, THE RENTER WILL BE CHARGED $1038 TO MAKE A $1000 RENT PAYMENT. THE LANDLORD WILL RECEIVE $1000. IF THE LANDLORD CHOSES TO PAY THE FEE, THE RENTER WILL BE CHARGED $1000 AND THE LANDLORD WILL RECEIVE $962 FOR A RENT PAYMENT OF $1000. IN CASES WHERE THE LANDLORD ASSIGNS A PROPERTY MANAGER COMMISSION OF 3% FOR INSTANCE, THE LANDLORD WILL RECEIVE A PAYOUT OF $932 WHEN THE LANDLORD PAYS THE SITE FEE OR $970 WHEN THE RENTER PAYS THE SITE FEE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A PAYOUT OF $30 REGARDLESS OF WHO PAYS THE SITE FEE.

ONLY LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGER AND SERVICE PROFESSIONAL/VENDOR ACCOUNTS CAN RECEIVE PAYMENTS.

IT TAKE UP TO FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS THE FIRST TIME THE LANDLORD RECEIVES PAYMENT. AFTER WHICH IT TAKES TWO (2) TO THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS.

A RENTER/TENANT CAN MAKE PAYMENTS USING A CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT (ACH).

YES, A LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGER CAN MAKE A PAYMENT TO A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL/VENDOR. THERE ARE TWO WAYS A LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGER CAN PAY A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL. THE LANDLORD CAN DO THIS BY EITHER PAYING AN INVOICE FROM THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL OR PAYING THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL A PERCENTAGE OF THE RENT EACH TIME RENT IS PAID ON THE LEASED PROPERTY. TO PAY AN INVOICE, THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL MUST FIRST GENERATE AND SEND AN INVOICE TO THE LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGER USING THIS PLATFORM. THE LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGER RECEIVES THE INVOICE AND MAKES A PAYMENT. TO PAY VIA COMMISSION OR PERCENTAGE OF THE RENT, THE LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGER FIRST HAS TO ADD THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL AS A MANAGER, THEN ASSIGN THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL TO AN ACTIVE LEASE AND SPECIFY THE PERCENTAGE OF THE RENT/COMMISSION THE LANDLORD IS LOOKING TO PAY THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL. EVERY TIME A PAYMENT IS MADE, THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL WILL RECEIVE A PERCENTAGE OF THE RENT EQUAL TO THE COMMISSION ASSIGNED. SO IF THE LANDLORD ASSIGNS A COMMISSION OF 3% ON A RENT PAYMENT OF $100, THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL WILL RECEIVE A PAYOUT OF $3 EVERY TIME A RENT IS PAID.

THE LANDLORD GETS PAID WHEN THE RENTAL APPLICANT APPROVES AND PAYS FOR A TENANT SCREENING ORDERED BY THE LANDLORD.

THE LANDLORD IS ALLOWED TO SET THE PRICE OF TENANT SCREENING ANYWAY ABOVE A MINIMUM PRICE AND THE LANDLORD GETS A PERCENTAGE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MINIMUM PRICE AND THE SET PRICE. SO IF THE MINIMUM PRICE IS $20 AND THE SET PRICE IS $30 AND THE PERCENTAGE COMMISSION IS 50%, THE LANDLORD WILL GET $5 IN COMMISSION. RENTPAYHUB.COM RESERVSES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE MINIMUM PRICE AND COMMISSION AS IT PLEASES.
